We are thrilled to share an exciting update to our Parish Giving online giving platform! You now have the option to cover the processing fees associated with your online donations, a feature that was not available in the past. This new option allows you to ensure that the full amount of your intended gift directly supports our parish’s mission, ministries, and community outreach.

For current online givers to opt in to cover the fee:

  • Log in to your existing online giving account.
  • Go to your scheduled gifts.
  • Select edit on each schedule you would like to update.
  • You will see an option to cover the processing fee- simply check that box if you wish to help.

For those who have yet to try online giving, we warmly encourage you to explore this convenient and secure way to contribute. Online giving allows you to support our parish from anywhere, at any time, with just a few clicks. Whether you are a regular giver or new to contributing, this is a wonderful opportunity to join in sustaining our vibrant parish community.

To donate or explore this new feature, please visit https://epiphanychurch.church/support/parish-giving/, and follow the simple instructions. You will see the option to include the transaction fee during the donation process.

As a church that seeks to serve, we wanted to provide you the convenience of being able to give the way you want. Parish Giving offers you the opportunity to make secure, automatic contributions from your bank account to our church. Parish Giving costs you nothing and provides many advantages to you and the church:

 

How to give online via Parish Giving:

  1. Click Parishioner/Family log-in
  2. Click Sign Up Now in the top right corner of the page
  3. Enter 19148 in the box marked “ZIP”
  4. Enter “Epiphany” in the box marked “Organization Name”
  5. Select Epiphany of Our Lord Parish as your Organization
  6. Fill out all of your informaiton!

Is Parish Giving  Safe?

Parish Giving meets the highest banking-level security standards set forth by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) to ensure safe and confidential transactions. In fact, your banking information is encrypted in the system and is not accessible to any users or administrators of the Parish Giving  system. When you manage your own account information, your church never needs to handle checks or worry about locking up documents containing your account information. And you’ll always be certain that your gifts are direct-deposited into your church’s account.

What are the advantages of Parish Giving ?

It makes it easy to give, even when you are unable to attend church. You never have to bring cash or checks to church. Giving electronically also helps the church save money and plan its budget!

How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account?

Once you complete the online registration form, the contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account to the church’s bank account.

When will my contribution be deducted from my account?

Your electronic contribution will be debited on the date you specify on the “My Gifts” page of the Parish Giving system.

I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?

Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date. Electronic contributions are recorded for you on your bank statement as well as your online reports.

Without a canceled check, how ca I prove I made my contribution?

Your bank statement and the Parish Giving system both provide reports that document your electronic transactions.

Can I put different amounts in offerings and have them withdrawn at different times?

You can contribute to different offerings at different times; however, you will have to do each one separately. You will receive a receipt for each one.

What if I change bank accounts?

Log in and update your account information in the My Payment Schedule window. Each checking/savings/credit card can be changed using the edit button, deleted completely, or new accounts can be added on the right side of the screen.

How much does Parish Giving cost?

It costs you absolutely nothing!

What if I try Parish Giving and don’t like it?

You can cancel your authorization by deleting your accounts and donation dates at any time.

Is it really that simple?
